Frequently Asked Questions

Email your PDF’s to our print room – either attach to the email or send us a download link. Please let us know what size, how many copies, contact name, delivery address and contact number.

We receive a daily collection from DPD at around 1pm every day (morning requests will be delivered next day via DPD). We receive and daily collection from DHL at around 4pm (afternoon requests will be delivered next day via DHL). FedEx are used to deliver our signage requests.

You will receive an email from the courier once your shipment is booked in. This email will provide all the necessary tracking details for your consignment.

All of our clients are set up with a credit account (subject to credit check) and invoices are emailed over at the end of each month.
